Help and information through telephone and e-mail consultation
When people become mentally ill, their families also need support. Relatives of a mentally ill person often do not know who they can turn to.
A lot of information is available on the Internet, but it is no substitute for personal contact. Telephone counseling is very important for many people, especially in emergency situations. It is good to hear a voice that encourages them and shows them ways and possible solutions. A voice that understands their concerns and needs from their own experience.
