The Landesverband Baden-Württemberg der Angehörigen psychisch erkrankter Menschen e. V. (LV BW ApK) offers exchange and counseling via telephone or video conference. Only data that is necessary for the execution of the conference will be stored:
- Name of the videoconference (meeting ID or web address)
- Place and date of the videoconference
- Name/pseudonym of the participants
The operator of the conference system also stores data over which we have no control. We only use systems from providers that declare to be DSGVO-compliant.
We use the Cloudya telephone/video conferencing system from NFON .
