Lecture by lawyer Dr. Hammann

We are delighted to have Dr. Hammann from Reutlingen as a speaker on this topic. His presentation will focus on“Estate planning for the protection of affected relatives“, often also referred to as a“disabled person’s will“.“Lasting power of attorney” and“living wills” will also be covered as further forms of planning for us relatives.
Dr. Hammann has been working in the field of German and international inheritance and inheritance tax law since the end of the 1990s and is a certified executor of wills, among other things.
It regularly receives awards based on independent data surveys. In 2023, he was named “TOP Lawyer for Inheritance Law” (FOCUS Spezial) for the ninth time in a row since 2015.
